Vlogging
I barely watch TV anymore…
Most of the shows and entertainment I watch come from YouTube or Netflix, and my preference has definitely changed over time. Over the last few years, I have been really into watching vlogs (video blogs) from my favourite creators. It’s fun watching what they get up to “behind the scenes” and there are so many different types of vlogs too - from adventurous travel all the way to drinking tea and chatting on the couch. They are also versatile in that you can watch them directly or have them on in the background while you get ready or go about your day.
And because I love watching them so much, it was only right that I had a go at making my own! So when I started putting singing videos on my Youtube Channel, I started filming little bits here and there, slowly building the confidence to vlog. It feels pretty strange talking to the camera, especially in public. And then you also have to be doing interested things with your time so that the videos don’t get too boring.
Here’s my most recent vlog where I show a bit more of myself and gigs, you can find all of the vlogs I’ve done so far through my Youtube Channel in the “Vlogs” playlist.
